These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the HomeMind mobile application (the “App”) operated by HomeMind (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The App
HomeMind helps you organize household items by room, manage a virtual wardrobe, and receive outfit suggestions including AI-generated recommendations based on weather and occasion. Features may change or be added over time.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to consent to these Terms in your country and not prohibited from using the App under applicable law.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information and update it as needed.
- You may sign in with email/password or supported third-party providers (Apple, Google, Facebook).
- You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, item names, notes, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the App, including AI features you choose to use.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or violates others’ rights.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to access other users’ data or our systems without authorization
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service
- Misuse AI features to generate harmful or illegal content
6. AI and recommendations
Outfit suggestions and wardrobe analysis are provided for convenience only. Results may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for your clothing choices and personal safety. We do not guarantee suitability for any occasion, weather, or health need.
7. Third-party services
The App integrates third-party services (for example Supabase, Google Firebase, Gemini, and social login providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
